Building Healthy Habits

Physical well-being encompasses physical health, movement, sleep and nutrition. Wellness in this dimension focuses on making choices that support overall physical health, such as increasing movement, improving nutrition, getting adequate rest and accessing preventive care. Strong physical well-being supports long-term health, vitality and quality of life by providing the energy and resilience needed to fully engage in daily life.
