Do I need to submit an Intent to Submit form if I'm only submitting an Letter of Intent (LOI) or Letter of Commitment

It depends.

  • If the sponsor requires a budget, you need to submit an I2S.
  • If not, you don’t need to submit an I2S.
  • If the sponsor invites you to move forward with a full proposal, then you should submit an I2S and will be added to our queue.
