Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room for Winter and Spring 2027 in Oaks D. My roommates and I are all going abroad next semester and during Winter Term, so all four rooms would be available. The apartment has a full-service kitchen and laundry room. You would have a single bedroom and would share a bathroom with one other person. Please contact me if you are interested; I’m happy to answer any questions! We are all planning not to renew our lease after going abroad, so you’d have the option to live here for the next academic year if you want to.The apartment includes:

Four single bedrooms

• Two bathrooms
• Common room
• Full Kitchen (Dishwasher, Refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal)
• Laundry in unit (Washer/dryer)
• There is also an elevator and stair access, and you will get a single bedroom and share a bathroom with one person.

Furniture included:

• Common room: Two armchairs, couch, coffee table, TV stand and side table
• Kitchen: Table and four chairs
• Bedroom: Bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk and side table

Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions! I would be happy to provide more details

Thanks!
