India Johnson, assistant professor of psychology, received the grant for her project, “I Got Stigma on My Mind: The Impact of Stigma Consciousness, Role Models and Educational Setting on Women of Color in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.”

The award will support "Wildlife Studies: Critical Carnivores," a year-round learning experience that exposes secondary school students to the world of wildlife science through a focus on carnivorous mammals.

The Access Group Center for Research & Policy Analysis awarded �鶹��Ƶ Law a grant of more than a quarter million dollars to assess enhancements to a program that graduates students in less time, and with greater cost savings, than traditional three-year law schools.

The grant will help fund his project, "On the Edge: Launching a Regional Interdisciplinary Symposium in the Southeast.”

The lifelong learning initiative at �鶹��Ƶ features weekly presentations from current and retired �鶹��Ƶ faculty and staff, alums and other experts in the community. 

�鶹��Ƶ students will have a chance on Tuesday, Aug. 30, to fill out a ballot for topics to be discussed during the three public forums this academic year. 

The grant will support the Refugee Assistance Program at the �鶹��Ƶ School of Law. 

The grant is for the project titled "Jumpstarting a Multi-Year Health Promotion Project through Connections and Collaborations."

The grant will help support the inaugural Tournées Film Festival at �鶹��Ƶ.

The grant will help fund Ripple 2017, a conference to focus on the theme of "Mindfully Plural."
