Faculty and staff from �鶹��Ƶ and Queens University of Charlotte convened on the Queens campus on Feb. 27, 2026, to continue merger integration and planning and to hear from four prominent Charlotte executives who shared stories of collaboration and anticipation of reinforced educational resources that will drive the region's future. 

The successful Wall Street strategist, investment banker and author who serves on the �鶹��Ƶ Board of Trustees will address graduates during two ceremonies inside Schar Center on May 22, 2026.

Nearly 80 faculty and staff met face-to-face at �鶹��Ƶ to shape academic, cultural and operational plans for a merger that will enhance the student experience on both campuses and expand educational offerings in the Charlotte region.

Composed of faculty, staff and administrators at both institutions, the committee will envision the future of a merged institution and provide opportunities for members of campus communities to share ideas for enhancing future student experiences. 

The team will be co-chaired by Jeff Stein, �鶹��Ƶ’s newly appointed chief integration officer and executive vice president, and Pamela Davies, president emerita and senior strategy and integration executive at Queens.

�鶹��Ƶ has released its President's List and Dean's List academic recognitions for the fall semester.

�鶹��Ƶ and Queens University of Charlotte have signed a formal agreement to merge. Now the institutions will begin seeking all required regulatory approvals to complete the merger, a process that can take several years to finalize.
