Tessler knows first hand the importance and the impact of finding a mentor in the industry in which you want to make your professional career; he had one of his own at the start of his career and has since served as a mentor himself to many students. His Multihouse Productions has been a popular internship site for several Â鶹ÊÓƵ Los Angeles students in recent years and, this semester, Â鶹ÊÓƵ LA students volunteered at Tessler’s recent MultiCon fundraising event, which generated funds for families impacted by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.

Joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ Los Angeles students for this professional development event, held at Â鶹ÊÓƵ LA’s home base at The Preserve, were a group of students from five other Los Angeles study away programs, who all came away with a new industry connection and ideas for mapping out their professional journeys.
