More than 70 entries were received from around the world, including Senegal, South Africa, Germany and the United Kingdom. Moyer’s entry was one of several by Â鶹ÊÓƵ students who are involved with Project Pericles, an initiative sponsored by the Eugene Lang Foundation. Project Pericles has challenged ten colleges and universities to provide a learning experience that will “instill in students an abiding and active sense of social responsibility and civic concern.”
