Â鶹ÊÓƵ Morgan Kearns

Morgan Kearns is a researcher and design thinking practitioner whose work explores how design thinking can be used across disciplines in higher education. As an undergraduate researcher at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, she collaborated with Danielle Lake and Kathleen Flannery to study how faculty use design thinking in their courses and how these practices support teamwork, active listening, and student learning. Her research contributes to a deeper understanding of how human-centered design can strengthen collaboration and experiential learning in educational settings.
