Restorying Design: Cultivating Change in Ourselves, Our Organizations, and Our Communities

Session Description

What if design thinking’s most important outcome isn’t what we create, but what we cultivate? Drawing on decades of research at the intersection of design, innovation, and strategy, Jeanne Liedtka explores how design practices can create lasting change in ourselves, our organizations, and our communities. What must we nurture—and what might we need to let go? In this closing keynote, Liedtka will weave together insights from across Design Forge to consider how we might move beyond designing interventions toward cultivating the conditions in which meaningful transformation can emerge, adapt, and endure.
