Cultivating Memories: Exploring Jewish Experience Design as a Practice of Tending to our Traditions

Session Description

Jewish Experience Design (JXD) treats memory and tradition as living material to be tended, not obstacles standing in the way of innovation. Drawing on Mussar, the centuries-old Jewish practice of cultivating character one small, deliberate choice at a time, this session explores design as an ongoing act of care for what a community has inherited. Together we’ll ask what it means to cultivate belonging across generations, not just across a single design cycle.
